# Terms of Service These terms are a licence from **Vrevex Technologies Private Limited** to use Soil apps and APIs. Tenant organisations receive a SaaS licence; Vrevex processes their data as a processor. Direct farmer and buyer users contract with Vrevex as the fiduciary for their personal data. You must be 18 or older. Marketplace bids and escrow are subject to the escrow and refunds policy. Tax (including TDS 194-O) is computed and stored; filing remains your responsibility.
